Kids Yoga DVD: Storyland Yoga is a fun filled adventure for both boys and girls. Victoria and Crystal sat down to watch it and they really liked the stories. And Victoria also liked watching the other boys and girls on the video.
This would be a great activity to put on when the kids could not go outside when the weather is bad. It brings in wonderful outdoor scenes and makes you feel like you are right there.
It is getting the kids to exercise and move while making it a part of the stories. Stories like Finding The Whale and Condor Trek. Where the kids gently carry the eggs and watch out for the snakes.
I can see the kids now playing out the stories and learning about the about saving our planet at the same time. This would also be a great tool for daycares or playdates to get all the kids moving and active together. You could even have a eco birthday party and have everyone follow the dvd.
